Access pemitted to anonymous users!

This authentication module is just the opposite of the
user-module. That means access for all logged in users 
is denied while unauthorized users gain access. 
 
An application may be a page which allows to register new 
users - if you want to hide this page to well known users,
you may want to use this authorisation module.
