German law forces commercial web-sites to display provide information about the site. Every site has to show who is responsible and how to get in contact.
Well, I'm German, still this is not a commercial web-site. Hence this law does not apply. Still, one reason for this site is that I want to get in contact with others, so, there is no reason to stay annonymous.
Me is gERD Schaufelberger and I started developing the Wombat's PHP Framework. The whole project is open-source and published under LGPL. As such the source code (a bunch of PHP-classes) including examples, this web-site's pages as well as the content of this page you are reading is open source and you are free to improve it.
