This folder contains config files for this installation. 

Whenever the Wombat Configuration class tries to load a config file, it
first looks for the file in "etc" and then in "etc-default". This
mechanism allows to store site specific config files in etc while
keeping generic file in etc-default. This is why this folder is empty by
default.
